Your Chateau Bodi goods will be send with the trustworthy Dutch company PostNL. Shipping is free in The Netherlands and for Belgium 5 euro. Other countries pay the regular price for their country. 

Je bestelling wordt verzonden met de betrouwbare PostNL. Verzending is gratis, en voor België wordt er 5 euro in rekening gebracht. Andere landen betalen de reguliere verzendprijzen. 

Thank you for choosing Chateau Bodi for your little one. Our goal is to provide high-quality items. However, we realize that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Please read our return policy to ensure a smooth process: 

Eligibility for returns

You may be eligible for returns if you meet following criteria:

  • You purchased the item directly from our website. 
  • The item is in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. 
  • The return request is initiated within 14 days of arrival. 

Non-returnable items

The following items are not possible to return:

  • Items that have been used, washed or damaged.
  • Items without their original packaging or missing parts. 
  • Clearance or sale items.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps

  • Contact us via the contact button in our menu or via
  • Provide the following information while contacting us; ordernummer, item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return.
  • Once the return is accepted you will receive a return form or returnlabel (or pay yourself for it) and further instructions on how to proceed. 
  • Pack the items back into the original packaging and in the state you received it. 
  • Put the return label on the original label on the box.
  • Ship the package.  

Refund process: 

Once we received and accepted the package we will proceed with the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If there is no reason from our side to return the package, you will have to pay for the returnlabel yourself. You can always contact is to discuss this.

Do you want to exchange an item? 

Follow these steps: 

  • Contact us via the contact button in our menu or via
  • Make sure you mention your order number and explain why you want to exchange the item. 
  • Return the package. (read the return policy for this)
  • You will be given a refund and then you can order the right item.
